Bannu Online Bazar uses WhatsApp as a primary communication channel. When you click 'Contact Seller' or 'Order via WhatsApp', your message goes directly to the seller. We do not intercept or store these conversations. Seller WhatsApp numbers are only shared with verified buyers.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, bcrypt password hashing, and PostgreSQL row-level security. We use Cloudflare DDoS protection and regularly audit our systems for vulnerabilities.
Buyer data is retained for 2 years after your last transaction for legal and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@bannubazar.pk.
We use Google Cloud Platform for hosting, Cloudflare for CDN and security, and Elasticsearch for search functionality. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use essential cookies for session management and shopping cart persistence. We may use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how buyers use our platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
