You can request a return within 3 days of delivery for most items. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
Electronics & mobiles (sealed/unused), fashion items with tags, home & furniture items with manufacturing defects, and any item that arrives damaged or significantly different from its listing.
Livestock, fresh food & groceries, air tickets (governed by airline policy), services, rental bookings already availed, and customized or personal-use items — unless damaged on arrival or not as described.
Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days via the original payment method — cash refund for COD, or wallet/bank reversal for Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers.
For Bannu City and Domel, our rider can pick up the return from your doorstep (Rs. 100 pickup fee, waived if the seller was at fault). For other zones, drop the item at the agreed point with the seller.
If you and the seller disagree, raise a dispute via WhatsApp support. Bannu Bazar's team reviews photos, chat history and rider notes, and issues a fair decision within 48 hours.
