Seller Guidelines

Every listing must describe a real product or service you can actually deliver. Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items (weapons, drugs, etc.) result in instant permanent ban.

Upload clear photos of the actual item. Stock photos are allowed only for new, sealed products. Misleading photos lead to returns at your cost.

The listed price must be the real selling price. Hidden charges discovered at delivery damage your shop rating and may lead to delisting.

Reply to WhatsApp inquiries within 15 minutes during business hours. Shops with fast response times get featured placement on the home page.

Confirm orders within 2 hours and hand items to the rider the same day for Bannu orders. Repeated delays lower your visibility in search results.

Animals must be healthy, vaccinated and accurately weighed. Video inspection must be offered before sale. Misrepresenting an animal's age or weight is a serious violation.

Shops that fall below a 4.0 rating for 30 days enter review. We help you improve first — persistent complaints lead to suspension.

No abusive language, spam marketing, or pressuring buyers off-platform. Treat every customer like your neighbor — because in Bannu, they probably are.
