By accessing and using Bannu Online Bazar (bannubazar.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
Bannu Online Bazar is a regional directory and online marketplace. We connect local buyers and sellers in the Bannu district (including Domel, Kakki, Bakakhel, etc.). We are not the direct seller of products listed by third-party vendors and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
Sellers must submit accurate information including shop name, CNIC, and phone number. Verified seller badges are issued based on basic compliance, but buyers should exercise discretion. Sellers must keep their stock status and prices updated. Deceptive listings or selling illegal goods will result in permanent suspension.
Delivery is handled by our partnered regional riders. Delivery times (ranging from same-day in Bannu City to next-day in outer areas) are estimates. Buyers agree to pay the delivery fee specified on the invoice upon Cash on Delivery (COD) receipt.
Each vendor is responsible for their own return policy. We advise buyers to inspect items (especially Livestock and Electronics) carefully at the time of delivery before releasing payment to the rider. For disputes, you can reach out to our admin team at info@bannubazar.pk.
You agree not to attempt hacking, database sniffing, XSS injection, or bypass security features on our website. We monitor system logs and IP addresses. Violators will be reported to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) cybercrime division of Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary server downtimes.
